For the first slide, I wanted to create a strong visual impact that immediately captures attention.
Since this design is for Instagram, where movement and direction play a key role in engagement, I used a dynamic image of a greyhound moving toward the right.

This not only adds energy and momentum to the design, but also subtly encourages the viewer to swipe through the carousel.
The motion of the greyhound acts as a visual cue, guiding the user naturally to the next slide.
For the second slide, I slightly adapted the wording from the original brief to create something more memorable and engaging. I hope that’s okay.
The phrase “Race day, pay your own way” stood out to me as a punchy, rhythmic line that sticks in the mind. It keeps the tone light and approachable, while clearly communicating the core message.
My aim was to make the content not just informative but also repeatable—something the audience might recall or even share.
For this slide, I intentionally shifted the visual tone away from the transactional side of the message.
Instead of focusing on payment or formalities, I wanted to highlight the heart of the campaign—the positive impact on the greyhounds themselves.
By showing an image of a greyhound in a comfortable home setting, the goal is to emotionally connect with the viewer and spotlight the good cause behind the initiative.
From a marketing perspective, this helps redirect attention toward the outcome and value of supporting the cause, rather than the act of giving itself.
The final slide is designed to provide essential information in a straightforward way.
It clearly states the location of the event, bringing the carousel to a natural and informative close.
Since the key messaging and emotional engagement have already been delivered in the earlier slides, this one simply serves to ground the viewer with the practical details—no need for added persuasion, just clarity and closure.

Please see my designs below, along with a brief explanation of the thought process behind each slide.
I’ve aimed to align closely with the brief, while also bringing creative input where I felt it could enhance the message.

Of course, if any revisions are needed, I’d be more than happy to make them. In a real work setting, I see this kind of feedback as a valuable opportunity to collaborate and refine the outcome—demonstrating how I work as part of a team to deliver on the brief effectively.
